Teaching and Training : The terms teaching and training are probably used interchangeably and people are unable to distinguish between teaching and training. No one understands the relationship between teaching and training because they think that both words have the same meaning and can use one instead of the other.
In fact, both words mean different things and have enough differences to prove their difference.
Especially if we consider the example of Indian education system, it can be clearly said that we focus on teaching, training is not in our curriculum. By paying more attention to training instead of teaching, our students will be more competent and confident learners and their employability will increase.
So teaching is important but there should be proper and balanced amalgamation of teaching and training for bright future of our students and effective education system.
The main goal of study is learning. In our life we are constantly learning from childhood to old age. Teaching and training are not new things, but common learning methods that not everyone can recognize. It specializes in interns in a specific job or works to get a job. Unlike in the past, training is now mandatory before entering any profession. So students are now required to undergo training program along with teaching to gain practical knowledge and join the job. Difference between teaching and training

Training means providing appropriate guidance and direction and imparting skills to trainees to fulfill a specific purpose. Unlike teaching, training is not a regular lifelong learning process, but takes place over a specific time frame.
Only an expert in a given subject or field provides training to students who want to be skilled in that field. The trainers impart knowledge, improve the professional skills of the participants, work on their weaknesses and prepare them to face the challenges of the field in the work area.
Training is carried out with the aim of improving the potential, competence, efficiency, productivity and experience of the trainee. It provides basic knowledge of working life, office culture and factory environment to new graduates preparing for work.
It is a tool that works on human resources to improve the fundamentals of work as employees and prepare them to effectively fulfill their duties in the workplace.
So after learning or teaching, training is the basic requirement of the organization.
